The large full-service hotels sit along the port side of the centre, within a 10–15 minute walk of the Sea Garden and the pedestrian Aleksandrovska street. Expect breakfast buffets, spa floors and rooms that face either the harbour or the park.

Private Hosts & Apartments

Burgas has a deep supply of private apartments — the classic Black Sea option. Two-bedroom flats in the Vazrazhdane and Lazur districts put you 15 minutes from the arena and give a fan group a kitchen, a washing machine and a balcony for flag drying.

When should I book accommodation for Eurovision 2027?
As early as possible. Burgas is a summer resort city, so hotel stock is already under pressure in May; contest weeks compress a season's demand into ten days. Rooms with free cancellation booked a year out are the safest strategy.
Is a private apartment better than a hotel?
For groups of three or more, usually yes. A two-bedroom apartment in Lazur or Vazrazhdane typically costs less than two hotel rooms and adds a kitchen, which matters when you are eating around rehearsal schedules.
Can I stay in Sunny Beach or Nessebar instead?
Yes. Both are 35–45 minutes from Burgas by bus and have far more beds. Check the last return departure before booking — late-night services thin out and a taxi back is a real cost.
Do I need to speak Bulgarian to book with a private host?
No. Listings and messaging are in English on the major platforms, and hosts in coastal Bulgaria are used to international guests. Learning to read Cyrillic street names is more useful than learning phrases.
