For contest week that geography is the point. Airport to city centre is roughly 20 minutes. Railway station to beach is a 30-minute walk through a pedestrian high street and a park laid out in 1910. A bus ticket costs about 1.50 BGN and a tavern dinner about 40–60 BGN with drinks. Few host cities have been this easy to work out.
