Burgas is flat, compact and cheap to move around. A city bus ticket is about 1.50 BGN, a metered taxi runs roughly 1.20–2.00 BGN per kilometre, and most of what you came for is inside one walkable loop between the station and the beach.

Buy before you board where you can
Kiosks at the main stops sell singles and day passes. Drivers sell tickets too, but exact change speeds everything up.

Stamp or scan your ticket when you get on. Inspectors do check, and fines are charged on the spot.

Every legal taxi displays its per-kilometre rate on the passenger window. If the sticker is missing, take the next car.

Show nights are walking nights
Expect road restrictions around the arena, taxi surge and full buses. The walk through the Sea Garden is the reliable option.
